Sciolyperson1, also known as JC or JC01010, competed for West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North's Science Olympiad team in Plainsboro, New Jersey, where he was a captain in his 12th grade year. He also competed for Community Middle School's team in 7th~9th grade, and was the captain of the team in his 9th grade year. He competed largely in build and inquiry events.
Since 2021, he has run the BirdSO Invitational, an invitational competition hosted out of Southern California. He also helped write the Cybersecurity and Write It CAD It rules, national trial events since 2022.
