The 2015 Pennsylvania State Competition was held at Juniata College on April 25, 2015.
In Division B, Springhouse Middle School won the first state title in school history, finishing 15 points over Shady Side Academy Middle School, who qualified for the national tournament the fifth consecutive season, a school record. Bala Cynwyd Middle School finished third place for the fourth time in five seasons, marking the most any team in Pennsylvania had finished inside the top three within five seasons without qualifying for the national tournament.
Harriton High School returned to the top spot in Division C after finishing second in 2015. Bayard Rustin High School finished in second place, defeating defending champion Penncrest High School and qualifying for the national tournament for the second time.

Regional Winners are bolded. Ties are broken by highest medal awarded. For example, Bedford Middle School and Allen Middle School both received 488 points, but Allen Middle School won more gold medals and received 24th instead of 25th.
