The Science Olympiad at Penn State Invitational (SOAPS) is a Division C Mini-SO tournament set to take place for the first time ever on February 6th, 2021 at Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania. The invitational hosted 80 teams in their first year.
The tournament is being run by Science Olympiad Alumni at Penn State who competed for some of the top teams in Pennsylvania.
