The Somerset Regional is a regional tournament held at Somerset Community College in Somerset, Kentucky. It serves the counties of Adair, Barren, Boyle, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, Hardin, Hart, LaRue, Laurel, Lincoln, Marion, McCreary, Metcalfe, Monroe, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Russell, Taylor, and Wayne.
The regional was not hosted in the 2021 season, like all other regionals in the state.
