The Louisville Regional is a regional tournament held at North Oldham High School in Goshen, Kentucky. It serves the counties of Bullitt, Carroll, Henry, Jefferson, Meade, Nelson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble.

The regional was not hosted in the 2021 season, like all other regionals in the state.
