The Lexington Regional is a regional tournament held at Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington, Kentucky. It serves the counties of Anderson, Bell, Bourbon, Clark, Clay, Estill, Fayette, Franklin, Garrard, Jackson, Jessamine, Knox, Lee, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Owslee, Powell, Scott, Washington, Whitney, and Woodford.
The regional was not hosted in the 2021 season, like all other regionals in the state.
