The Pikeville Regional is a regional tournament held at the University of Pikeville in Pikeville, Kentucky. It serves the counties of Breathitt, Floyd, Harlan, Johnson, Knott, Lawrence, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Martin, Menifee, Morgan, Perry, Pike, and Wolfe.
The regional was not hosted in the 2021 season, like all other regionals in the state.
