The Maysville Regional is a regional tournament held at Maysville Community and Technical College in Maysville, Kentucky. It serves the counties of Bath, Boone, Boyd, Bracken, Campbell, Carter, Elliott, Fleming, Gallatin, Grant, Greenup, Harrison, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Nicholas, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson, and Rowan.
The regional was not hosted in the 2021 season, like all other regionals in the state.
