The Moorhead Regional is a Division C regional located in Minnesota, hosted by Moorhead State University. This tournament, along with all the other Minnesota regional tournaments, is known for only running 13 events instead of the 23 national events. Those events in 2020 include the following:

Defunct Division B Tournament

The Moorhead Regional used to also host a regional for Division B. The regional was cancelled however due to lack of team interest. It is unknown if there are plans to restart the tournament in the future.
