The Kennesaw State University Regional is a Division C regional hosted by Kennesaw State University's Polytechnic Campus in Marietta, Georgia. Prior to a merger in 2015, the Polytechnic Campus was the home of Southern Polytechnic State University, which hosted the Division C state tournament in 2011, the Division B state tournament in 2012, and a combined state tournament in 2013 and 2014. They had hosted a regional tournament as well in the past, in 2012 and prior to 2011. The tournament has also been hosted by Emory University.
