The South Florida Regional is the regional tournament hosted at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. It serves only Monroe County and Miami-Dade County, making it the smallest Florida regional by the number of counties served. It is relatively new, as it was started in 2018, lending to its status as a somewhat small regional. There are very few Division B teams and a moderate amount of Division C teams. No trial event has been held at this regional tournament, and in 2019, the regional held every event. The current Division C champion is Everglades High School, and the current Division B champion is Mary Help of Christians Catholic School.
