Wastewater Treatment and Ecology

Do the "Wastewater Treatment" and "Ecology" sections belong on this page? The main water quality page has a section on wastewater treatment already, and the topics covered under "Ecology" seem to be topics that are covered every year, rather than just when the focus of the event is on Marine and Estuary Ecology. I think some of the information that overlaps from year to year can be merged with the main Water Quality page - the focus of this page should be the marine and estuary subtopic and less of general Water Quality topics. However, I don't do Water Quality myself and wouldn't really know what goes where.
