Madison West High School is a Division C school which competed in the South Central Regional of Wisconsin. Historically, the program has been very successful, with 19 Wisconsin state titles and 16 state runner-up finishes. The team has appeared at the national tournament 24 times, with their best finish of 2nd coming in 1989. Hamilton Middle School and parts of Eagle School of Madison are feeders to the school. The team was also a cohost of the Badger Invitational at Hamilton Middle School.
