West Babylon High School is a Division C school which participates in New York's Mid-Hudson regional competition. They are a relatively new power in the region, having qualified for states each of the past two years. In 2012, they sent three teams to regionals. The B team finished in 17th with 323 points and the C team finished in 46th with 651 points.
