A rose is many things.

It can be an angiosperm, in science's view.

It can be prickly, in a pessimist's view.

It can be beautiful, in an optimist's view.

It can be a four-letter word consisting of the letters r, o, s, and e, in a computer's view.

It can be a rosebud, in spring's view.

It can be fully bloomed, in summer's view.

It can be swept side to side by the wind, in autumn's view.

It can be wilted and frost-bitten, in winter's view.

Or it can mean anything, to anyone in this world.

You weren't expecting a random piece of bad poetry here on the SCIENCE OLYMPIAD wiki, were you? You were expecting medals and placings, but it was ME! DIO!
