Pocono Mountain East High School is a Division C team located in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania. They compete in the Northeast region, as well as the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference Tournament and an assortment of other invitationals. Their sister school is Pocono Mountain West High School, and they are the traditional rivals of Pleasant Valley High School. In 2022, Pocono Mountain East earned their first trip to the Pennsylvania State Competition.
