Palmyra-Macedon High School is a Division C school which participates in New York's Midwestern regional competition. They are a relatively small school, and they also go by the nickname "Pal-Mac", and has annually hosted the Pal-Mac invitationals since 2009. They have never advanced past the regional tournament.
