McCord Junior High School (nickname: Tartans) is a quasi-successful Division B team from Sylvania, Ohio. Their debut season in 2014 yielded some results, including a plethora of awards at Regionals at Defiance.

2015 opened on a promising note for the Tartans with a more-than-satisfying eighth place finish at the Westlake Invitational in Cleveland, Ohio. Another collection of awards was added at the Cobra Invitational, but a subpar showing at historically tough Solon has raised doubts.
