Crystal Lake Central is a Division C team located in the Chicagoland area in the city of Crystal Lake, IL. They currently are one of the most aggressive teams in the immediate area and normally place in the top 5 at local invitationals. For the past 12 years, this team has qualified for state and recently they have gone from unknown to a recognized team capable of medaling in the top 10 at the Illinois State Competition for the past few years, holding AA status. They are also known for holding the Crystal Lake Central Invitational which is one of the largest invitationals in the Midwest region. In more recent years this team has established themselves capable of beating many local teams and they remain very competitive in the state of Illinois.
