Laura has participated in Science Olympiad division B for three years, and is on the Orange team at Ames Middle School. She is in 8th grade, and has done A&P as well as Disease for three years. She loves biology events, and she has also participated in Heredity. In addition to A&P and Disease, she is also doing BioProcess Lab this year for the second year. She attended Nationals at CalTech during the 21-22 season, and is hopeful to make it to Nationals again this year. In addition to being a biology enthusiast, Laura is also an avid Taylor Swift fan, plays the violin, and plays volleyball.
