Anyone know where NorCal state competition is going to be held this upcoming year?

No.
The NorCal Competition is going to be held by the Fresno Region this year. The exact area and time is still being worked out. I believe the 2 potential sites are CSU Fresno State or the Clovis North High School/Educational Complex. (Don't quote me on any of this. It's what I heard. XD)

I thought they were going to do a 2 year rotation and stockton was in it's first year last year.

Hmm maybe. The tourney has been at merced for like the last 2 or 3 years before that and then it was at csu stanislaus.
There has been talk around here so I dunno.
