Hello Forum!

It's been a while but it's time to get back into the grind of competition, building, breaking, and much crying over wasted wood. Even as an experienced competitor (my fifth and final year of competition), I'm having a bit of trouble comprehending the setup and design specifications of the event. I know many build events get clarifications that use diagrams (I'm also a better visual learner) or utilize diagrams in the rules to make sure there is no confusion or multiple interpretations. As such, I would love if someone who really understands the rules is able to draw out a detailed diagram of the testing base and some generic boomilever complete with measurements. I think this would really benefit the Science Olympiad community and every team as there has been much confusion over the rules already, especially for boomilever. Thank you all and good luck this season!

There are three diagrams here that provide sufficient amount of dimensions for things.
