Width and Length
Width and Length
Does anyone think the dimensions in rule 3g are interchangeable? For instance, can a buggy be up to 30cm "front to back" and 60cm "side to side"?
"60 cm long" kind of implies "along the direction of travel" to me but it doesn't explicitly say that, and it makes a difference for the centerline bonus.
Thanks!

Re: Width and Length
note that the rules state that the wheels must be capable of fitting in a 30*60 cm space. Not necessarily the entire vehicle. So, dont think about it as a vehicle, but rather the positioning of the wheels, in those given dimensions.

shrewdPanther46,
Noted. Thank you!
What do you think about the orientation question? If the wheels fit in the space, could it be a wide vehicle, like a Humvee? I've never seen the competition so I don't know if there are railings on the track or something that would prevent a wide load from passing.

Re: Width and Length
Infer based off the rule stated above. As long as the wheels fit, its perfectly fine.
