Action Sequence List

Does anyone know how the Action Sequence List should be formatted? And how the actions can be properly labelled?

They should post an official one soonish, but for now I'm guessing you should just follow the sample from last year's which they've left up on the site.
Obviously, it'll need some changes, I would remove the "starting simple machine" and "ending simple machine" columns and replace the "transfer" column with "scoring action".
