That's a good point. It didn't matter last year, because everything was just distance, but this year there's a 20 point bonus available.

Comparing this year and last year's rules, I'd guess that 1 point = 1 cm was the intent, but that's not actually written down anywhere. This is the sort of thing you should file a clarification at soinc.org for.
