You were pretty close with the year, it is 1610.ckssv07 wrote:Ganymede, Jupiter, and Im not too sure, so I'll go with 1612.AstroRockShock wrote:Since this question marathon has been inactive for a while, I will continue it...

I was going for the Oort Cloud, but that works also. Your turn.mrburrito wrote:Sedna, it is one of the only confirmed members of the oort cloud.

What do the terms Aphelion and Perihelion mean?

If I am not mistaken, the aphelion is the point in an objects orbit where it is the farthest away from the object it is orbiting, while the perihelion is the closest.mrburrito wrote:What do the terms Aphelion and Perihelion mean?

Re: Solar System B Question Marathon
Unless my eyes skipped over it, no one else has answered ckssv's question. I believe the density of Saturn is around .69 g/cm^3.ckssv07 wrote:What is the density of Saturn. Isn't the tallest Olympus Mons
Next question: Which moon is this? And of which planet is the moon?

Extra points if you know what book/movie the moon famously appears in! (Though this, as far as I know, has very little to do with the Solar System challenge)

Yeah it's usually around .7, but mrburrito still has to give us the official answer to the question I answered.crypten wrote:Unless my eyes skipped over it, no one else has answered ckssv's question.
