Fleetwood Area High School is a Division C school which regularly qualifies for the Pennsylvania state competition at the Central East Pennsylvania Regional competition. They have placed in the top 10 in the state of Pennsylvania several times, most recently in 2009. In 2002, they nearly qualified for the 2002 National competition after tying with State College Area High School for second at the state competition, but lost the tiebreaker and placed third.

Fleetwood has historically dominated the Berks County Tournament, winning all titles between 2007 and 2017.
