Re: Road Scholar B
It's more helpful to everyone if a question receives an answer before a new one is posted. If no one seems to know the answer, it is nice if the asker can provide an answer.brayden box wrote:Okay, well since no one answered that one, what does USGS stand for?

Alright, my question:
why would a 7.5 minute quad in Wisconsin be more narrow (longitude) than a 7.5 quad in Texas?

Re: Road Scholar B
kinda, but also not really. Azimuth is the 360˚ heading, while Bearing is the amount of degrees away from either north or south (up to 90˚) and then either east or west.robounicorn25 wrote:[hide]azimuth is the degrees from one object to another and bearing is measurement of distance between two points[/hide]brayden box wrote:What is a Bearing and what is an Azimuth?
