Does anyone have any idea how would you would make a Larrabee prop for helicopters?

Build a mold, bend your balsa onto that mold, and then glue in the ribs? I believe Jeff Anderson posted a rather detailed answer to this a while back. You might be able to find it in last year's thread.

When cutting balsa wood for the body and rotors, does it make a substantial difference to make the cuts angled (Like in Towers), or is it not worth the time?
