National Invitational
According to the information sent out last week, the whole log needs to be submitted by Dec. 18 with the video for students to be invited to the next round on Jan 8? Is this correct- the log with cover page, everything in metric units, drawing, etc.?

That is my understanding. Basically you are competing by the 18th. Your entry will be judges against the rules once submitted, and therefore must be complete.
Your video should be, IMHO, as if you are at an event. We included the measuring and weigh in, the checklist, a shot of the log to show it was complete, the ceiling measurement, and the flights. Then submitted the complete logs in pdf format.
