Rule change for mtv guesses?

What do you guys think the new rules for mtv will be next year/rule change? And what to prepare for it?

I think we will be dealing with making the MTV curve much like electric vehicle during the 2016-2017 season.

Another interesting idea would be a sorta-kinda-hovercraft-like event, where you have a target distance factor in the points, as well as a target time factor.

I'm thinking something along the lines of a curve like Scrambler had with a 5 gallon bucket, in addition to the reverse and stuff from this year.

I hope they implement some way to make timing more precise. Human timers just can't compete with a photogate. Of course, this would probably mean that we wouldn't be reversing.

Why not though? You could time the going and coming back using one photogate in fact.

Not all photogate systems are designed to allow timing off triggering a single photogate twice. Even if you did have such a system, remember that MTVs tend to have, in addition to the dowel, some gigantic lever that goes up into the air. xD
