Solar Vehicle C [NJ TRIAL]

Solar Vehicle is a trial event for Division C in New Jersey for their 2018 state tournament. The rules are located on their state website.
How far does your vehicle make it with a light source at the start of the track?
The light source to be used is posted on the NJ facebook page. It appears to be 700 W (2x350W) equivalent CFL lights.
But not sure if everyone has a similar light source to test with.
Also are capacitors considered energy storing devices?
