So when oil spills there are a certain number of immediate factors that determine the fate of the spill.
a.) How many of these factors are their?
b.) What are these factors called?
c.) What would you call all of these factors together?
d.) What are these factors effects on oil?
e. ) How do these effects impact spreading?

d.) The Chemical and Physical Composition of the Oil
e.) Spreading reduces the bulk quantity of oil present in the vicinity of the spill but increases the spatial area over which adverse effects may occur.
