I have a plane that flies very well (in the 2.30 range) and am looking to add more time. would changing my rubber width to 90 or 95 from 120 help significantly?

Units?? If you are talking thousandths of an inch wide, yes try thinner rubber. Make sure you add more turns of course, 95 thou rubber will take and needs many more turns to fly your plane.
