Re: New York 2017
Also, keep in mind, if the extra events are included in the scores, the margin becomes even smaller (215-229). It'll be close, and I think their shot is realistic, but I still think Ward Melville is the slight favorite for 3rd.
I would say that this is definitely enough to make FM the clear favorite for 3rd over Great Neck South, if they were not already. While GNS is very talented, experience is hard to overcome, and FM is coming on strong.

This map is the bomb.edu. I actually like this a lot better than the dot map we have on the PA Wiki, maybe if I find free time (lol) I'll get around to it.Unome wrote:F-M is in Mid-State (see my guesstimated region boundaries map)NeilMehta wrote:Which regionals does FM go to?EastStroudsburg13 wrote:Also, keep in mind, if the extra events are included in the scores, the margin becomes even smaller (215-229). One thing - apparently Lake Erie-Niagara isn't in B, it's covered by Midwestern?EastStroudsburg13 wrote:This map is the bomb.edu. Lake Erie-Niagara has it's own B division regional - this year it's March 4 at Waterfront Elementary School in Buffalo.Unome wrote:One thing - apparently Lake Erie-Niagara isn't in B, it's covered by Midwestern?EastStroudsburg13 wrote:This map is the bomb.edu. Ok. How recent is this? Several older threads have no mention of it.andrewwski wrote:Lake Erie-Niagara has it's own B division regional - this year it's March 4 at Waterfront Elementary School in Buffalo.Unome wrote:One thing - apparently Lake Erie-Niagara isn't in B, it's covered by Midwestern?EastStroudsburg13 wrote: This map is the bomb.edu. Re: New York 2017
Can confirm that is true. There's been division B regionals for Lake-Niagara for the past 3-4 years, but before then I'm not sure.Unome wrote:Ok. How recent is this? At least since 2003. Probably before that - but I don't have any direct knowledge prior to then.Unome wrote:Ok. How recent is this? Back in the early 2000's it was at Buffalo State College, then it moved to McKinley HS for a while. It was at Bennett HS for a couple years in the late 2000s/early 2010s and has been at Waterfront Elementary since.
