The code was indeed a substitution cipher (or just a cryptogram.) It was Hamlet's pre-suicide monologue, followed by, "My next victim will be Starpug."

Inuyashakusho, I just thought I'd tell you that I had never even heard of a town called Bear. I am not that stupid. I re-allocated an IP address before I made the edit, and I threw it away afterwards. I also checked the same website you did to make sure that you wouldn't have my address. Only 1/4 of those edits are mine. The others were made by whomever had the IP address before me. I am telling you this because, although I do not want you to find clues leading to my identity, I also don't want to lead you to somebody else's identity. However, there was one thing that I just couldn't hide. Yes, you got me, I use Comcast high speed internet.

I accuse Haven Chuck because of his location in an area of the state of Pennsylvania that would allow him to possibly get his internet from comcast in Bear, DE. Also it wouldn't suprise me if you live in the area around me (and Strath Haven is around me) and not know where Bear, DE is. It is not a particularly well known place.

Nice job Ichalem, I have been reading the whole thing and definetly did not suspect you. Good job as assassinator. And by the way, it definetly was not Haven Chuck. He's never posted on this forum and I also know him so....
