Even after Northridge? Granted I'm not sure if that was a full RP team or not but losing to 4 teams there doesn't inspire confidence.

Yeah, just based off NR it looks like RP has fallen off hard. I'm thinking maybe Tri-North or Ben Franklin will jump up to second this year.

Sounds about right. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if a team that isn't usually top 5 does really well. Some teams are falling off and others are doing way better.
it will be interesting to see how All the Scioly teams do this season in indiana 2021

Honestly, crazy that RP has fallen off. Kind of got the impression they were going to just be a stuck second place team forever, but I guess they really probably just did good because of a good group of kids or normally thats what a 3 year run means.
