Not getting any 1st places isn't bad, I believe J.T. Lambert has only gotten 2 in its history. My high school team has never even made it, but I'm hoping to change that next year. I actually think we have a chance. ;)

haha okay then..
did anyone.. i mean aaanyone find the data for the compute this test? we didn't find the data and made this completely made-up graph and still managed to get 5th so i'm guessing something was wrong :/

I found the data. It was a text file with a monthly sunspot entry for every month since 1876. Either way, I couldn't copy the column with just the area in it, so I had to delete a bunch of stuff, then average them all out. It took forever though, I only answered 3 of the open-ended questions.

Copy and paste. Then under Data select "Text to Columns". Then you can delete the unused data much faster.

Yeah, go HHS! I'm hoping to continue that legacy (i.e. best Central team) when I join the high school team in a couple of years...

I'm quite surprised, a total of 4 ties this year (3 in C, 1 in B). I don't think there were any ties at all last year. Not sure what that signifies, if anything, but it's interesting.
