I'm guessing quite a few teams decide not to do robo-cross.

Actually, the reason I heard (and this may be a myth) is that the directors want other teams to get a chance to medal because Gelinas always medals in everything. That could be possible. But I kinda think that that's kind of stupid that people can't suck it up and try to do better than Gelinas. By the way, I know that sounds kinda conceited, but I didnt make it up, thats the reason I heard.
