Well, this event isn't necessarily based around species, so I would say that it doesn't really matter. The beetle in question was used as a good example of a certain characteristic indicative of a certain family. Whether or not it will be on a test is probably up to the digression of the test writer, because since it isn't explicitly stated, any world species is fair game. At least, that's my guess.

[u]Order[/u]: Hemiptera; [u]Family[/u]: Reduviidae; [u]Species[/u]: Uhh I'm pretty sure the [b]genus[/b] is Glymmatophora because it's metallic but I've got no clue what the species is. :|

Order Coleoptera, family Silphidae? Species is, I think, Nicrophorus americanus.

burying beetle! Order is of of course Coleoptera and family is Silphidae. The genus is definitely Nicrophorus; I'm thinking the species is N. americanis.
