Wondering if anyone else has been having this same issue. We have one SkyCiv account for the team to use to practice. We have just enough team members that if someone forgets and logs in from a different device, the whole team gets locked out and we have to cancel a practice. Anyone know of a work around for this or do we need to purchase another account?

Hmmm that’s interesting... my team has 2 people working on digital structures and logging in from different devices works fine for us... What do you mean by “locked out”?

As you have described, if your SkyCiv account has an active session on one device and another sessions with the same account starts on another device, the first session will be terminated. It appears from the error message that lockouts may be due to terminated multiple sessions happening too frequently. Purchasing another license on another account could be one way to avoid this.

Strange, me and my partner use the same skyciv account and yet there are no problems when we are on it at the same time. It has happened once though, but I'm not quite sure what caused it. I would recommend what Bernard said, though that is a pretty expensive solution.

Does anyone have any tips on making a structure? Me and my partner currently average at a score of about 2000 and we are looking to increase that score.

Also, can you use any other material to build your boomilever rather than the given balsas? (for example bass wood for the tension members)
