Re: Anatomy B/C
wait NYHLVSSO are you asking how i know that respiratory will be a system next year?
well that is because it was new this year so it will stay around for another year.
systems always stay for 2 years

Re: Anatomy B/C
Respiratory was new in 2010. That means that it will stay for 3 years if it comes back, 2010, 11, and 12.

Re: Anatomy B/C
um in the 2010 competition it was muscular and skeletal
then in the 2011 competition it was respiratory and muscular
and in the 2012 it is digestive and respiratory (tentatively)
and respiratory will come back because it was new in the 2011 competitions not in the 2010 competitions

if you have any new resources that you find then PM me.

Re: Anatomy B/C
Resources that are on the anatomy wiki page right now should serve you well across all systems. I must also reiterate both the importance of an anatomy textbook and the importance of sharing resources with everyone.
The systems next year for C division are respiratory, digestive, and excretory; the systems for B division are respiratory and digestive, last I heard.
And - the rollover should happen eventually. Anatomy textbooks should occupy you for most of summer until the rollover.![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

Re: Anatomy B/C
I checked with the NY state website. You're right with the systems.
The only problem with studying is that Anatomy has never focused on digestive before, so there are no science olympiad resources until the rules come out.

Re: Anatomy B/C
it has focused on digestive, but that was like 5 years ago.
A good book that I use is known as the
Principles of Anatomy and Physiology by Tortora
the good thing is that it focuses on Physiology as well
It explains the digestive system well, and its respiratory section is amazing.
ohhhh i can't wait for the rules to come out.![Surprised :o](./images/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif)
