But Carmel won umich...hmma wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 8:52 amHonestly that is probably not too far off. BHSS performed really well at RP invite which was early in the season, imagine how much stronger they are now, there's a chance they squeeze past both Munster and Carmel into 1st. Munster will still probably hold 2nd though as they have a tradition of being the runner-up.

I understand that Carmel won UMich, but you must remember that BHSS wasn't there. I can't wait to witness a Carmel/BHSS/Munster face off in March.CPScienceDude wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 10:03 amBut Carmel won umich...hmma wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 8:52 amHonestly that is probably not too far off. The system is being corrupted. This is basically 1984 with our "Big Brother" mods censoring our opinions.CPScienceDude wrote: ↑February 18th, 2020, 10:40 amUh, I’d disagree with that. It is a forum, and I don’t think our mods are corrupt at all.

1. Carmel (UMich, need I say more)
2. BHSS (RP invite)
3. Munster (Not stacking)
4. BHSN (Also solid could see all of 2-4 being wrong)
5. Lake Central (Consistency)
1. Carmel (yeah same reason as above)
2. Munster (superscored well at UMich, depending on how good their stacked team is they could maybe upset Carmel)
3. Lake Central (they know how to compete at state, they consistently do very well)
4. BHSS (RP invite)
5. Either BHSN or John Adams (JA did well at their regionals)
rule #6, please ban

That name does violate rule 6. I better see a ban or name change if we are being fair.hmma wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 10:21 amhttps://scioly.org/rules.phpCreationist127 wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 6:09 amI'm curious, what results suggest that LC goes above BHSS? Thank you for your feedback. I have updated the Site Rules to better reflect the intent of the rule you have referenced.boomifailure wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 10:45 amThat name does violate rule 6. Re: Indiana 2020
Also want to add that in the only relatively decent field of teams, Carmel got 154(?) points, which although won the competition, is not an overall competitive score. You can compare this to Troy's 133 and 7L's 162 at MIT, Centerville's 133 at northview, wwpn's 114 at princeton, etc.hmma wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 10:15 amI understand that Carmel won UMich, but you must remember that BHSS wasn't there. I'll be interested to see who comes out on top - I think Munster, Carmel, BHSS all have a shot at first.

Re: Indiana 2020
And all those scores are nothing compared to Panther team's 99 at Raymond Park Invitational. Especially WWPN's 114 at Princeton because obviously 99 at Raymond Park Invitational is better than 114 at a little invite like Princeton.sciolyperson1 wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 12:05 pmAlso want to add that in the only relatively decent field of teams, Carmel got 154(?) points, which although won the competition, is not an overall competitive score. Re: Indiana 2020
Butler regionals have traditionally not been a good indicator of state as tests and events aren't great. The year Carmel did best at Butler, they got 4th at state.boomifailure wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 6:06 amYeah, that's reasonable as well. I think a lot will be determined by the Butler regional, that is the one with the Bloomington schools and Carmel right?allofgarden wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 5:53 amMostly agree, here are mineboomifailure wrote: ↑February 18th, 2020, 10:21 am

Also I don't believe the Bloomingtons have historically stacked at Butler Regionals which is why Carmel's B team has been able to beat the Bloomington teams the last two years although Bloomington has performed strong at state.
