EDIT: I can now conclude that the seeds of plants of the invasives are, for the most part, drastically different.

Was this posted in the wrong place? Like others in the Cashew family Peppertree its sap is poisonous. Don't eat raw cashews. Srsly. I was going through the rules and its states that classification is limited to the level indicated by the National List (so binomial nomenclature), however, I have seen tests in which family or order is asked for. Am I misinterpreting the rules?
