Re: Georgia 2017
So has anyone else gotten any information from UGA? We've heard nothing (and the tourney is 4 weeks away...). Also, no news on regional dates yet?

Earlier state tourney is making me seriously consider MGSU regionals (thoughts?)rfscoach wrote:rfscoach wrote:Unome wrote:So has anyone else gotten any information from UGA? We've heard nothing (and the tourney is 4 weeks away...). Also, no news on regional dates yet?

While all GA Division C regionals have their qwerks, out state regionals tend to be extra qwerky. Have you considered GA Tech?Unome wrote:Earlier state tourney is making me seriously consider MGSU regionals (thoughts?)rfscoach wrote:rfscoach wrote:

Wait you can chose which region to compete in?

Re: Georgia 2017
Have considered it but heard from samlan that it is poorly run and very difficult to arbitrate. The schedule from MGSU last year (2-4 slots per event self-scheduling) is very appealing compared to GPC's triangular schedule (we nearly ran out of competitors on both teams during the first time slot). Also I'm willing to trust the regional-picking expertise of Parkview (who last I heard still had the same coach as from the mid-2000s).rfscoach wrote:While all GA Division C regionals have their qwerks, out state regionals tend to be extra qwerky. Yes, the GPC schedule is awful. It may be worth the drive to Macon as some of us will never go back to SPSU. What about UNG Dahlonega? That is plenty early.
