Okay, I've been brainstorming and I've got a few things; some are likely coincidences, some are hopefully not:

- Howard Fogg graduated from New Trier High School (IL).
- The steam locomotive was invented by Richard Trevithick, but the first practical steam locomotive was made later by John Blenkinsop (info from Wikipedia). It could be part of a kill clue (John Richardsim) but those are pretty common names so it's probably a coincidence.
- "Always moving forward" is the slogan of BAE Systems, a weapons and arms manufacturer. Again, probably nothing but it's worth mentioning.

Always Moving Forward Global is a Philadelphia based business assistance/management company. I'm starting to suspect this clue leads to me based on this and stuff I added to my other post.

So the painting linked is called Lima Locomotive 6405 Pulling The Maple Leaf.

I wonder whether The Maple Leaf references Canada in any way.

I think New Trier may be a solid guess. John Richardsim is probably not, because, as mentioned, it's a common name.

Also, I'm somewhat of a military geek as well, so I kinda know about BAE systems. However, the information I will spill here is copied from Wikipedia

BAE merged with Marconi, which was a radio communications pioneer (some Italian dude named Marconi first developed wireless communications). According to Wikipedia, they also succeed many pioneers in various technological fields, including general aviation, naval shipbuilding, etc.

Maybe the Transcontinental Railroad also alludes to some sort of a clue? Anything about Golden Spikes driven in Utah? Chinese people?

I read through the pages on Howard Fogg and BAE but didn't really find anything else that seemed important. I'll keep looking, maybe stuff related to the painting itself?

Though the first railroads were constructed in the northeast, with many lines running down the shore for transportation of goods, by the end of the century, the Transcontinental Railroad had united west and east

this part seems oddly specific.

Though Kokonilly is inactive now I wouldn't think she's an unusual target since she did come on this year around nationals and her later high school years coincided with earlier years for us younger grads.
