Yep, pepperonipi has set up some sort of code so that it automatically quotes someone and adds a reply every 22 hours or so. The replies are made from words and sentences that exist somewhere in YDRC, and are compiled by the code.

Always check to make sure that your paperwork is in order. Because of a form that I didn't have filled out correctly, I'll only be able to get 13 Palms before I age out. If I could've gotten a Scoutmaster Conference tonight, I would've been able to get 14...

For those that don't know, you are required to earn 21 merit badges to attain the rank of Eagle. For every 5 merit badges you earn beyond those 21, you can earn a Eagle Palm. You get all of the ones that you earned prior to getting your Eagle with your rank, but then you must wait at least 3 months between each one after that.
