I love thermo! The event can be kind of a mess at times but it's so much fun.
Yes! <3 Thermo is hands down my favorite event no contest. I had the job of the builder so I guess I never really suffered too much through the pain known as Thermo Physics...
I agree with you :)

I first started doing Dynamic Planet when it was oceanography in 8th grade (2016) bc my brother was a state medalist so I figured he could teach me. Since then it’s given me my proudest medals (1st at States 2017, 1st at Yale 2018, 3 regionals 1st places) and it’s actually helped me find my passion in geology so that’s definitely my favorite event haha

Some runners up are Astronomy/RFTS and Sounds of Music.
Haverford College, Class of 2024!
Former President, Kellenberg, 2018-2020
Bro. Joseph Fox, 2014-2017

Events I'm Writing in 2023: Sounds of Music, Rocks and Minerals
Events I've Written in Years Past: Geologic Mapping, Remote Sensing

I understand thermo more than classical mechanics (hovercraft was the woRST)
Keep on going :)

Obligatory post serving as a reminder that astronomy is far and away the single best physics event. Like East said in a different thread (and a different context), you're all competing for second...
