Yes. Dynamic has always cycled for 2 years per topic. It was talked about adding 1 year rotations in 2018, but that never happened.

I've always used google docs (definitely not the best, but shares easy). Size 6 font.

i usually screenshot regular sized (11-12) font pages and combine 4 pictures into one page for pretty small but easy enough to read info.

We use 8 and 7 point font. We also use Google Photo's collage feature to condense our images.

Personally, I just stuff as much info on there as possible and decrease the font size as needed. I think I decreased it to 4.5 or so for regionals.
