{It was the Mars Pathfinder Mission with Sojourner as the Rover that landed on Mars. Sojourner was the first rover to land on Mars and the "goal" was to accomplish the idea of mankind being able to land a spacecraft on Mars. It also studied the surface of Mars and composition. Don't remember if there was another key goal for this mission.... }
